Engaging students is harder than ever

Attention is short

Students are juggling constant distractions, fragmented focus, and competing priorities. Traditional platforms fall short when it comes to facilitating real consideration.

Personal guidance is limited

With so many students per advisor, providing consistent one-to-one guidance is difficult, and many students move forward without personalised support.

Expectations are high

Schools are expected to deliver strong outcomes, meaningful plans, and equitable support for every student - often with limited time, tools, and capacity.

How Anyway works in classrooms

Real consideration needs two things that are hard to deliver at scale:

Engaged learning and personal guidance.

We deliver both.

Learn & Earn

Students complete short, interactive learning about careers, industries, and skills co- created with real businesses. Those same businesses fund the rewards that power engagement.

Rewards spark engagement.
Learning builds understanding.
Consideration follows.

Personalized guidance for every student

In most schools, one advisor supports hundreds of students. Anyway’s AI Coach makes guidance 1:1, so every student can turn exploration into a plan they actually care about.

Planning becomes something students own - not something they fill in.

Turn student engagement into real insight

Anyway Schools gives educators clear visibility into what students are exploring, what resonates, and how their plans are evolving, making it easier to support students, spot gaps, and have better conversations.

Frequently asked questions

Who are we?

Anyway is a trusted education platform built for schools and students.

We operate in both the United States and Australia, where we are the largest school-to-work platform. Anyway is used in real classrooms and designed to meet school expectations around safety, data protection, and student wellbeing. Our focus is long-term outcomes - helping students explore pathways and find their thing in a credible, responsible way.

Is Anyway Schools really free?

Yes. Anyway Schools is free for schools to use.

Schools can provide students with access to the platform, including the AI coach and Learn & Earn experiences, at no cost. We’re able to do this because industry partners and employers fund learning campaigns and rewards that help students explore real pathways and build skills.

How does Anyway keep student data safe?

Data security is a top priority for us.

Anyway is ISO 27001 compliant, which means our systems, processes, and controls meet internationally recognised standards for information security management. This includes how we store data, control access, monitor risk, and continuously improve our security practices.

Do you sell student data?

No. We do not sell student data - ever.

Student data is used only to deliver the educational experience, support exploration, and improve outcomes for students and schools. We do not monetise personal student information, and we do not allow third parties to access identifiable student data for advertising or resale.

How do rewards work, and are they safe for schools?

Rewards are designed to motivate learning - not distract from it.

Students earn rewards by completing structured learning activities, exploring careers, building skills, or engaging with approved opportunities. Rewards are funded by industry partners who want to invest in early talent awareness and skill development.

Importantly:

  • Rewards are tied to learning and consideration, not advertising

  • Schools maintain control over student access and participation

  • Rewards are age-appropriate

How does Anyway use AI safely and ethically?

Anyway uses AI to support students — not replace educators or make decisions for them.

Our AI is designed to:

  • Guide reflection, exploration, and planning

  • Encourage consideration, not prescribe outcomes

  • Remain transparent, explainable, and age-appropriate

We apply strict safeguards around bias, data use, and student wellbeing, and we continuously review how AI is used to ensure it supports safe, ethical, and inclusive career guidance.
